Miracle on the Hudson

"Wendy, there's a big bird on the Hudson River!!!!!"
my sis's fren in US told my sis on the phone........
my sis had been living in US for the past 6 months.......
she used to jog nearby of Hudson River.... according to wat she told me during CNY......
too bad.... she missed d opportunity to meet up with tis HUGE bird!!! hehe.....

alrite.... for those who duno.....
tis is wat had actually happened ~
ya... i noe it happened one month ago... :P
but i got no time to blog about tis to appreciate the professionals...

"US Airways Flight 1549 was a commercial passenger flight from New York City'sLaguardia Airport bound for Charlotte, North Carolina that ditched in the Hudson River adjacent to Manhattan on January 15, 2009 minutes after it departed LaGuarudia Airport for Charlotte, NC. It is believed that the twin-engine jetliner powered by CFM-56 turbofans, with 155 passengers and crew on board, suffered a bird strike. All 155 on board survived."
